Interior Design Service
Whether you are building a home, remodeling, or simply updating furnishings, the full service residential offering caters to every detail of interior design. This service package includes space planning/furniture layout, color palette, finish and light selections, window treatments and furnishings.
As a full-service Denver interior design firm, we will be with you every step of the way. From having our initial phone call to make sure we are the right fit, to having a glass of champagne waiting for you when we welcome you into the full reveal of your newly designed or remodeled home.
We start with an initial programming meeting with our new clients to determine exactly what they love, what they’re unhappy with, and how they function within their existing home. This meeting will typically last for several hours as we have you walk us through your existing space, go through a visual and psychoanalytical exercise, measure your home, and take full inventory of all existing furniture, art and decor within your home. As we walk through your existing house, we will take note of the way you currently function in your space as well as the ways you would like to function in your re-designed space.
Design Implementation
Once we gather all of this information from our initial meeting, we will enter all measurements of your home into AutoCAD, our drafting software. This gives us the opportunity to space plan precisely without mistakes as well as see your home in an aerial view. The next step of the design process is picking all of the new furnishings, fixtures, art or other items that will go into your home. Some clients like to incorporate existing pieces into their new design, while others want all new pieces in their new design. Our purchasing department will then take care of ordering and tracking all newly purchased items.
The final phase of our interior design process will be the final install. This is where we take everything we’ve designed and presented to the client and bring it all the way from that initial A to the final Z. We will take anywhere from a day to 3+ days to bring all items into your newly designed space and place every chair, art piece and pillow. We then plan a “reveal” for the client and anyone else they want present to walk through the space and see it all completed, all with a glass of bubbly in hand.
